The website is owned solely by CSPS-Kawartha Zone and information on the website, in its entirety, will be treated just like any other record, file, document, materials or equipment. Any user must take particular care not to reveal or disseminate any confidential, personal or sensitive information while using the website. Use of the system for the communication of personal, private or confidential information is not appropriate. Kawartha Zone reserves the right to request the Webmaster to review all incoming data, information and messages to the website. Therefore, any user of the website, including but not limited to members of the CSPS, Kawartha Zone, should have no personal expectation that their use of or data, information or messages posted on the website, will not be monitored. Therefore, care must be taken to ensure the accuracy and professionalism of all website communications. All user data, information and messages will be monitored and must be able to withstand scrutiny without causing embarrassment to all members of CSPS - Kawartha Zone, CSPS-Ontario Division and CSPS-National. Furthermore, CSPS-Kawartha Zone reserves the right to delete and/or refuse to post, receive or store any data, messages or information which CSPS-Kawartha Zone finds to be objectionable, without notice.
