Kawartha Zone Registration Refund Policy


Returning Patrollers:

7 Week Refresher

• 100% prior to the first night /day of training.
• 75% after the first night/day of training or prior to the end of the second week of training.
• 0% after the end of the second night/day of the training course.

Refresher Weekend

• 100% prior to the first day of training.
• 75% after the first day of training or prior to the end of the second day of training.
• 0% after the end of the second day of the training course.

First Year (Rookie) Patrollers:

Kawartha Zone provides all Rookie Patrollers, upon registration payment, a first-aid kit with all of the manuals and materials required to complete your training and for you to use once fully qualified. These supplies are valued at approximately $90.00

All Rookie course formats

• 100% prior to the first night /day of training. Subject to returning all unused supplies
• after the first night/day of training or prior to the end of the second week of training, 100% less a $25 administration fee and the cost of any supplies that are not suitable for return.
• The only item that will be considered for reimbursement after this point will be the first-aid kit.

On Snow First Patrollers:

You must be paid via PayPal and your Liability Waiver handed in prior to testing

• 100% prior to Ski Ability Test.
• 100% if you do not pass the Ski Ability Test.
• 0% if you pass the Ski Ability Test and start tobboggan training.
